One hour Safety Workshop
A primer for safe cycling. This course is designed to cover the bare essentials of safe riding.
Our certified instructors can provide a one-hour safety seminar for your workplace or community group. The cost is $100 per course.
The workshop includes:
- Basic theory and positioning for cycling safely
- Review of proper helmet fit
- Bike Safety check
- Basic Bike Fit
- Reference materials
Workshops may include up to 30 participants.
While this workshop is helpful, we highly recommend the full-day course to increase your confidence, understanding and safety on the roads.
