Bike to Work

ALL prizes are generously provided by local businesses.  Your acknowledgement and patronage of these great sponsors is appreciated and essential to future BTWW events!

How Do I Win?

Lots of ways!  You need to be registered on a team or fill in a prize ballot form at a celebration station. 

Prizes are drawn daily, Monday to Friday during Bike to Work Week, May 28 - Jun 3, 2012, as well as after the fact.

Commuter Challenge Prizes

Team Draw Prizes

Team names are randomly drawn from our registered lists, in each workplace size category. This year the draws will be held two weeks after BTWW once all of the results are submitted. 

Celebration Station Draw Prizes

Drawn daily from ballot forms collected at each celebration station.

Team Leader Prizes

Because team leaders work so hard to encourage people to cycle during Bike to Work Week, we randomly draw prizes for team leaders. This year most of the draws will be held two weeks after BTWW once all of the results are submitted.

Participation Prizes

Participation is calculated as: # of cyclists/# of people at work each day (in your department/area/floor).  Participation is not based on the number of people from your team who rode each day. 

The Challenge then, is to get as many people cycling in your workplace as possible!

Passport Draw Prizes

Collect 6 stamps on your passport from any of our celebration stations and be eligible to win even more draw for prizes!  Passports will be available at celebration stations.  There are special draws for all those who get all but 3 stamps. A celebration station map and schedule is available here.

Claiming your Prize

Check the list.  If you see your name or team name*, come by and pick it up at our office (201-531 Yates Street). 

* teams determine a winner from within their group
