New Tool Launched to Map Prince George Bike Routes
To celebrate the 5th Anniversary of Bike to Work & School Week in Prince George, local Partner EDI Environmental Dynamics has developed a new pilot technology to help us map commuter routes in Prince George: http://edynamics.com/bike

This new web application will allow Bike to Work & School Week participants to map their kilometers logged each day and generate a ‘heat map’ of the most used cycling routes in the city.
The map will accomplish two imprtant goals:
1. Provide daily tacking of total team kilometers so that teams can compete for bragging rights
2. Demonstrate critical areas of Prince George cycling infrastructure to inform and advocate local, provincial and federal governments on much-need upgrades.

We had a great Bike Swap last weekend!
Thanks to all those who donated bikes & bottles to help support the PG Cycling Club!
Bike to Work Week is coming soon! This year it will be May 27th-June 3rd! We’ll be kicking off the week with opening of the Duchess Park Bike Park! Look for the Bike to Work Week tent.
We’ve got lots of new and exciting Celebration Stations planned for P.G., so make sure you don’t miss out. Follow the instructions on the home page for your registration-this year it is easier than ever. Then you can start recruiting team members from your work or school! Your team size is based on the size of your workplace or school and ‘walkers’ count against this team size.
