Penticton - You’ve Registered a Team, Now What?

EVERYONE! is a winner! You all put in hard work, sweat, and maybe some blood and tears (and most likely grease) into Bike to Work Week. Every team gets a certificate for Taco del Mar which gives a discount on their Baja Bowl, as well as free pass to Let’s Move Yoga! The teams that have won major prizes are as follows:

More than half way done!

We are more than half way through Bike To Work Week and it has been a lot of fun.  We have seen riders all week long, biking through rain, sleet, sun and wind- way to persevere Campbell River!

Cyclists Embrace Ride to Office

Some 455 cyclists braved the blustery start to Bike to Work Week as the annual commuter cycling competition got rolling this week.

This year’s event includes three categories—Bike to Work, Bike to School and Bike to Worship—and began Sunday with cyclists of all ages riding to their place of worship.

Kelowna - Victoria cyclist brings enthusiasm to Kelowna

Riding a bicycle to church just makes sense to Lynda Zorn.

The Bike to Work Week committee volunteer did just that when she lived in Victoria, where it was regular practice for many members of her congregation, and others, to hop on two wheels instead of four.
